Shipping and Returns

How long will it take for my print or product to ship?

Please allow up to 10 business days for production time.  Each item is made to order.

Shipping: up to 10 business days, but this can vary based on the country

* These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

** Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order.

Products are shipped with a third party producer and will take up to two weeks.

Return Policy

Any claims formisprinted/damaged/defective items must notify wonerandwhistudio.com at kristendahmsart@gmail.com within 20 days after the product has been
received. 

For packages lost in transit, you must notify kristendahmsart@gmail.com within 10 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Received an item that isn’t absolutely perfect on arrival? No worries! It would be our pleasure to get you a replacement ASAP.

My print has not arrived

Estimated delivery dates are based on average transit times, but sometimes there are delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. If it’s only been a day or two past the estimate, it’s best to wait just a bit longer; tracking updates often appear with a delay.

If it still has not arrived 10 days after the estimated delivery date, please let me know, and I can reach out to the printer for a reorder.

Customs & Shipping Fees: Orders may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination and fulfillment location. These fees vary based on order value, country regulations, and other factors. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right
of withdrawal may not be provided for:

 1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

 2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
